The Story

Someone who has watched me from afar,
Someone who has been with in hard times,
Someone who is with me now,
And someone I will be with forever!

And one day we met.

Allow me to recount to you the story, at least the way I remember...

One fine Thursday in October of 2005, I met her. We just happened to be in the same galaxy, of the same universe, of the same solar system, of the same planet, of the same continent, of the same country, of the same state, of the same county, of the same valley, of the same city together.

We were in the game room of the Institute building at the Red Mountain campus of Mesa Community College in Mesa, Arizona of the United States of America. (Now tell me that's just coincidence.) So it was our first time meeting each other in this life. She was sitting in the chair by the West wall on the other side of the pool and ping-pong tables. I don't remember all the details, but I remember she had on basketball shorts. I think that's one of the things that caught my eye first (cause I LOVE basketball). If I remember right, I had basketball shorts on myself (I was headed out to play in a game). I thought she was CUTE, and the basketball shorts just topped it all off! I HAD to talk to her... So, I tried to gather myself together, and then I went over and talked with her. I did it! I was actually talking to the CUTEST girl at the Institute! Like I said, I don't remember too many of the details, like when I asked her out for the first time... But I remember it took a while to actually go on our first date... And the rest, is history... We are now very happily engaged, and anxiously awaiting our glorious wedding day.
